We have added Beginner Yoga 1 classes that are taught by a variety of Instructors so you will begin your Yoga practicing with all view points. The new schedule allows ALL students to find something they enjoy, and something accessible to them personally!! We have laid out these classes to help you develop and go through your yoga practice at your pace. No stress, competition or judgement. We all have to start somewhere and that’s with us!! b U Yoga!! Gayle brings over 20 years of teaching experience and education in wellness to students, both beginners and advanced, through her mixed-level classes. Her style connects anatomical focus with therapeutic application to increase strength, flexibility, balance and stress management. She considers herself a hybrid instructor, having been trained in Kriya Yoga which emphasizes the breath, Hatha Yoga which combines breath with movement, and Yoga Fit for cardio through vinyasa flow. She empowers her students by assuring them that yoga is for “every body” and every student who wants to increase their overall wellness.

I am a certified instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach Vinyasa yoga classes (Yoga levels 1,and 2) that move you smoothly from one posture to another in connection with using your breath. I also teach Restorative and
Stretch and Move.
I started to practice yoga myself because I was preparing for meditation, my life was in a unbalanced place and I needed something positive to focus on. I loved yoga immediately! It moved me to a healthier, calmer, happier me!
I have been teaching for 4 years and always from a place where my heart feels good.
I have always looked at teaching as a way to help others get to that happier/ balanced place in their own lives.

After practicing for many years, I received my training through Yogaworks in 2012 and Yin certification in 2016. I have been teaching vinyasa style of yoga for the past 6 years and each year continue my education through workshops, online programs, and classes.
I also received my Health Coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016. I am autoimmune and have found ways to heal my body through nutrition, lifestyle changes and yoga. I work with clients with similar issues to help them find the path that best suits their health issues and life style.
Yoga, nutrition, and meditation play an important role in my life to keep me healthy and thriving. It is all part of my selfcare and I believe in sharing that care with others to help them on their journey.
I received my first teachers certificate in Boulder Co. with Core Power in 2013. Then another certification at Glow Yoga in 2017.
Yoga is like nothing I have ever experienced, my mind feels free of thought and totally focused on the present. It allows me to let go of my ego and be happy just where I'm at.
I have played almost every sport and am very competative but yoga is different.
Yoga is NOT competition it is about finding your mental focus and body.
As a teacher my hope is to make you sweat as well as give you some inspiration while finding peace on your mat. My classes will give you balance on and off the mat and teach you that breath is always a tool you have in any situation. be prepped to work hard and have fun while you do it!
Debi began her yoga journey in as a teenager when she and her mom practiced along with PBS’s Lilia’s, Yoga and You. Later as an adult, when life threw a few curveballs, she turned to the healing and strengthening powers of yoga while practicing with local yogini Marcy Snodgrass. Inspired by the local yoga community Debi began teaching in 2013, attending 200hr RYT training in Jackson, TN. She attended advanced workshops with Kathryn Budig, and a Yin Yoga intensive with Michael Johnson.
Debi’s teaching style is nurturing, supportive and consistent with an enthusiasm for alignment and mindfulness. You will leave her class feeling like sunshine on a rainy day, awakened and restored.

This class is open to all levels and will help students develop strength,
balance, and flexibility while giving them tools to help manage their
stress. Yoga 1 is a practice which links breath to movement.
Yoga 1 generates heat with your breath and can add a cardio component, but students are instructed to move at their own pace with modifications when appropriate.

This class will totally amp up your practice, and your cardio! Get your body sweating and your muscles loose. More inversions and arm balances will be practiced as well as challenging yourself with keeping your breath in control in every pose.
This incorporates hand weights (weights optional) and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. You'll recognize all of the postures from our Yoga 1 & 2 classes. Sculpt also incorporates exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. This is a great way to burn calories and see your body tone up fast!
I would CHALLENGE any CROSSFITTER or CARDIO FINATIC to join us. If you don't feel the burn, your class is free!!
Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation and improving overall flexability. Poses are held 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by the guidance of your instructor. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to stronger more dynamic vinyasa style, and exercise such as running, crossfit, walking, biking etc. This class is for ALL LEVEL.
We will begin class with a nice gentle flow. And we will use tennis balls to work out tension in the muscles, and end with a pranayama (breathing exercise). The perfect class to kick off your weekend. ALL LEVELS
Strong is a high intensity cardio class that will get your heart rate up and keep it there. This class is based on interval training so you will have active recovery time but you will always be moving. We do have modifications if cardio is new to your workout regimen, but you will still work hard and have a blast doing it!!
