Welcome

There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us.  


Our classes are accessible to all bodies. We have many yoga props available for use at the studio, and our instructors are able to guide you no matter where you are in your practice. Drop-in customers are always welcome, but please come a few minutes early to get checked in. 


NOTE: We have a 3-person minimum for each class.

Class Descriptions

Yoga 1

Yoga 1 & Yin Combine

Yoga 1 & 2*

 This class is open to all levels and will help students develop strength, balance, and flexibility while giving them tools to help manage their stress. Yoga 1 is a practice that links breath to movement. Yoga 1 generates heat with your breath and can add a cardio component, but students are instructed to move at their own pace with modifications when appropriate.

Yoga 1 & 2*

This is a Vinyasa or Flow-style class where breath is linked to movement. This class will take your yoga practice to a new level and increase your cardiovascular workout.  Students will execute more inversions and arm balances while challenging themselves to control their breathing in every pose. These asanas move at a faster pace and will get your body sweating and muscles loose.

Yoga 1 & Yin Combine

 This class blends the two styles of yoga into one practice.  We will begin with an all-levels flow,  working on muscles and blood flow, building strength and flexibility. Next, we will ease into a yin practice holding asanas for several minutes, usually seated or lying down. Yin yoga targets joints, connective tissue, ligaments and fascia - the best of both worlds! You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and rejuvenated

Yoga 1 & Yin Combine

 We will begin class with a nice, gentle flow that will last about 25-30 minutes. This practice will warm up the muscles slowly and comfortably. Next, we will use tennis balls to work out tension in the muscles and end with a pranayama (breathing exercise). The perfect class to kick off your weekend.

 This is just like the Yoga 1 & 2 above ... we just add a little heat! The room gets up to 98 degrees and you will sweat. Drink lots of water and bring a towel, you will need it.  We may also incorporate props during class.  

This is your body's time to loosen up and go deeper into poses.  Great for athletes and people who love to sweat!  


Warm muscles are happy muscles.

Based on the principles of the barre exercise method, Flex & Sculpt targets to lengthen, strengthen, and stretch targeted muscle groups within a small range of motion for a full-body workout. It focuses on form, spinal alignment, and precise technique in order to maximize the benefits.
